Renovation of an educational facility in Pinckney, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Pinckney Community Schools will receive sealed prime contractor bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the boiler and equipment replacement projects at Navigator Elementary School and Lakeland Elementary School. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms furnished by the construction manager and must be completed in full; including the Familial Disclosure Statement, Equal Opportunity Statement, and Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act and notarized. A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company acceptable to the owner, or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to Pinckney Community Schools shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $30,512.00. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waiveany informalities therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
