This former federal wharf is located at the end of Bryant's Landing Road, on the shores of Lake Memphremagog. The work to be carried out includes, but is not limited to - Organising the worksite, including the implementation of environmental protection measures; - Partial demolition of the existing dock; - Installation of piles; - carrying out stonework; - laying a concrete surface; - Paving the roadway; - installing a dry water intake. The work must be carried out during the low-water period, i.e. between 1 June and 15 September 2025. Request for tenders The Municipality of Austin is requesting tenders for the work described above. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Quai Bryant Restoration" and the bidder must be clearly identified on the envelope. To be considered, all tenders must be accompanied by a tender security as described in article IV-1.1 Tender securities of standard BNQ 1809-900-IV. The tender, the guarantee that must accompany it and all other documents to be provided shall be deemed valid for a period of 90 days. The bidder must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer's licence duly authorised by the AMP will be accepted under the terms of the tender document. Only bids submitted by contractors who have ordered the tender documents under the same name as the one under which they are bidding will be considered. In the case of a consortium, this requirement is deemed to have been met when each of the parties has obtained the said documents. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement on market liberalization applies, in a province or territory covered by that agreement will be considered.
