Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sanborn Park Bituminous Tennis & Pickleball Courts The project will include the following approximate quantities: 205 square yards of Concrete Walk 1990 square yards of Bituminous Court 1 Lump Sum of Acrylic Sport Surface Treatment 500 square yards of Bituminous Path 730 lineal feet of Fence 1 Lump Sum of Grading 2550 square yards of Turf Establishment Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond, payable to the City of Robbinsdale, Minnesota in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid, conditioned that if the bidder is the successful bidder, will enter into a contract in accordance with said bid and will furnish such performance bonds as are specified. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 60 days after the scheduled opening of the bids, without the consent of the City Council of the City of Robbinsdale. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein. QA date - 6-5-2025 Questions shall be submitted in writing to the City Engineer, Richard McCoy, 4100 Lakeview Avenue North, Robbinsdale, Minnesota 55422-2280
