The Bids must be sealed and marked separately as follows: Westmoreland County Food Bank, Inc Central Warehouse: Alterations & Additions General, Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical A certified check or bank draft, payable to Owner, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bids, shall be submitted with each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in part or in total, and to waive informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of the bids except as permitted by applicable law.
