Furnish and Deliver Fluorosilicic Acid. The Contract will be for a one-year term, with the potential for two additional one-year extensions. It is anticipated that the term of the original contract will be from August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026, subject to the approval of Authority's Board of Commissioners. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The designated contact is Daniel J.
