Reference number: 20072273 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-02 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 Centre Jean-XXIII 16 Cross Street Ormstown QC J0S 1K0 This project consists of, but is not limited to: - Adding an exterior exit staircase - Drilling and installing an exterior door - Installing an exit sign - Installing an existing water heating system SITE VISIT: An optional site visit is planned, please refer to section 1.02.01 of the Regie document. Tenderers are responsible for obtaining information and properly assessing the nature and scope of the work as well as familiarizing themselves with the site and the conditions affecting the performance of the work. All bidders shall be deemed to have visited the site and no claim for lack of knowledge of the site may be submitted.
