Question Deadline 06/02/2025 direct any questions to Brian VanZee via email at bvanzee@Fishbeck.com Prior to and contingent upon award of a contract of $50,000.00 or more, the undersigned further agrees to furnish a surety company performance bond in the sum of not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract company to secure the faithful performance of the Contract and, when required, a surety company labor and material bond in the sum of not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount of the Contract for the protection of subcontractors, labor and material suppliers, according to the laws of the State of Michigan at that time in effect. Said signed Contract, surety company bonds, and insurance shall be furnished within ten (10) days from date of notification by the Engineering Division of acceptance of the proposal submitted. The Contract cannot be fully awarded by City Council without the return of these executed documents. In compliance with the requirements of said notice, this proposal is accompanied by an original Contract amounts totaling $100,000 or more will require a certified check, cashier's check, or surety company bond in an amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid to be submitted with the bid as security for the acceptance execution of the contract.
