Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of August 08, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet. The City of Lake Saint Louis is accepting sealed bids for the Champagne - Fernwood Stormwater Improvement Project. All requests for clarifications on these bidding documents must be received no later than June 19, 2025, by 12:00 PM. The enclosed Request for Information (RFI) form shall be used for all submittals. This project work shall include the following description of the work: The N. Henke Road Reconstruction project consists of widening N. Henke Road from Lake Saint Louis Blvd to Palomino Ridge Court (approximately 0.40 miles), asphalt milling, asphalt paving, both asphalt and driveway approach replacement, constructing roughly 345 LF of storm sewer ranging in diameter from 12 inches to 24 inches, inlets, swales, curb and gutter, striping, and restoration of disturbed areas with seed and straw The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct the N. Henke Road Reconstruction improvements as designed and shown on the attached improvement plans provided.
