Site work and renovation of a civil project in Galesburg, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 16, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 5,012 Ft of 12-inch Ductile Iron Water Main 1,324 Ft of 8-inch Ductile Iron Water Main Well Field Standby Generator Elevated Tank Mixer Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to the City of Galesburg in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of Ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The project must be substantially complete no later than December 1, 2026 and ready for final payment by January 1, 2027. Question Deadline 06/16/2025 at 5:00 PM ET It is the intent of these contract documents to be clear, complete and consistent. If Bidder is of the opinion that any portion of the contract documents is ambiguous, inconsistent or contains errors or omissions Bidder shall, prior to submitting its bid, in writing request Engineer to clarify that portion of the contract documents as an addendum
