A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Bryan is soliciting bids for the 2025 Street Maintenance Concrete Contract. This project consists of all work associated with street pavement and drainage improvements specified within this document. Base Bid quantities will include, but not limited to, approximately 18,900 SY of 6" concrete pavement, 14,000 SY of 6" high early strength concrete pavement, 1,400 SY of 4" concrete driveways or sidewalks, and installing approximately 1,150 LF of sewer line. An additional 1,300 SY of 6" high early strength concrete pavement and approximately 800 LF of storm sewer is included in the Alternate Bid item. Construction will begin along Old College immediately upon execution of contract, with a completion date of August 15, 2025.
