**As of July 28, 2025, the project was awarded to: Ibis Healthcare, Inc. / Mental Health Care, Inc. with an awarded amount of $5,256,500.00 Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. with an awarded amount of $11,611,308.00 The Salvation Army Tampa/Hillsborough County, with an awarded amount of $5,603,600.00 Hillsborough County Homeless Services Department seeks competitive sealed proposals from qualified Contractor(s) to operate Community Housing Solutions Center projects. These projects aim to provide Emergency and Bridge Housing for individuals and/or families with minor children who are experiencing homelessness in Hillsborough County. The Community Housing Solutions Centers will offer temporary housing combined with supportive services to assist adults and families with minor children in securing permanent housing, permanent supportive housing, and other housing options that promote long-term self-sufficiency. Community Housing Solutions Center projects are intended to be Low Barrier, with as few pre-conditions to entry as possible. The County intends to fund no more than 85 beds at a single site for individuals and no more than 100 rooms at a single site for families with minor children through multiple awards.
