Questions Deadline: May 30th 2025 5:00 PM EDT : email to JRoberts@homosassawater.com The project or projects for which survey and directional drilling services are requested are for water main projects which cross the Homosassa River and other potentially future projects of similar nature. A Florida Surveyor is required to locate property lines, right of ways, easements, obtain topographic information, perform contruction stakeout services and asbuilt surveys. A directional drilling contractor is needed for subsequent installation of directionally drilled water mains, sizes up to 12 inches and distances up to 1000 feet. he Statement of Qualifications shall be limited to 30 pages and contain the following information: Description and services provided by each firm documenting history and working relationship of each. Professional licenses of the surveyor and contractor. Copies of standard insurance certificates showing general and professional liability and workmans compensation. Listing of relevant project experience, particularly experience in directional drilling in close proximity to other utilities including live power. Resumes of key individuals. Statement regarding current workload and ability to furnish required services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
