Reference number: 20072210 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-02 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 This project is funded by the "Programme d'aide a la voirie locale (PAVL) - Volet Soutien" of the Ministere des Transports et de la Mobilite durable du Quebec. The City of Thetford Mines does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received or to assume any obligation whatsoever towards the bidders. Furthermore, it reserves the right to accept one or more bids in whole or in part. Prices submitted must be valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the bid opening date. A certified cheque or an irrevocable bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid is required for the submission of a bid. Irrevocable bonds must be valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the bid opening date. The work must begin on 25 August 2025 following permission from the project owner to begin the work, and must be completed no later than ten (10) weeks after it begins.
