The 2025 Collection System Repairs project consists of various repairs throughout the FRSA's sanitary sewer system. Work includes removal and replacement of existing manholes, pipes, fill materials, pavements and all other appurtenances as indicated in the specifications. Liquidated damages shall be $300.00 per calendar day. Each Proposal must be accompanied by the FRSA Bid Bond form with an acceptable Bid Security attached, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. This amount is a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the full amount of the Bid or Proposal. FRSA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, or to accept any bid or any part thereof, or to waive any formalities in any bids, deemed to be in the best interest of FRSA.
