SCDNR is soliciting qualifications from South Carolina licensed engineering firms to provide professional services to renovate the Barnwell State Freshwater Fish Hatchery to provide a more efficient hatchery operation, increase production and improve biosecurity. Firms will be asked to assess facility needs & deficiencies, propose appropriate production systems to meet SCDNR goals, full design & CA. DESCRIPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES/QUALIFICATIONS ANTICIPATED FOR PROJECT: All professional services required for investigation, design, permitting and contract administration to complete the project description. Fish hatchery design experienced required. ANTICIPATED CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE: $2,500,000 to $3,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
