The City of Pooler a municipality located within the State of Georgia, is seeking proposals for comprehensive landscape and grounds maintenance services for its Municipal Complex, which includes City Hall, the Courthouse, the current Chamber of Commerce Building, and Milam Park. The primary purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified CONTRACTORs/vendors for the maintenance of the landscape and grounds across several City-owned parcels, including turf, trees, shrubs, and flowers. The properties in question are located at the following addresses: 100 US Highway 80 SW, 305 West Collins Street, and 309 West Collins Street.
