Description

Site work for an educational facility in Elberton, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to Mr. Jon Jarvis, jon.jarvis@elbert.k12.ga.us no later than June 6, 2025. Responses will be shared with all known bidders. The Elbert County School District (ECSD) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the design, engineering, fabrication, and construction of a rappel tower at Elbert County Comprehensive High School. This structure will support rappel training, zip line training, and climbing activities for educational and extracurricular purposes. The current tower will need to be taken down and discarded should be included in this proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
