Site work for a water / sewer project in Round Rock, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes relining of sanitary sewer pipe segments and relining of sanitary sewer manholes in and around detention pond areas. Question Deadline 06/19/2025 at 5:00 PM CT SCOPE OF WORK A. This specification includes all work, materials and equipment required for the structural rehabilitation of manhole structures. The purpose is to eliminate infiltration, repair voids, and restore structural integrity and provide corrosion protection by the application of a monolithic liner to the wall and bench surfaces of brick/concrete structures. B. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals as specified, shown, and required to furnish, install, and place into satisfactory service a protective liner on interior surfaces of existing manholes. C. Cleaning, surface preparation, lining application, and thicknesses shall be as specified herein and shall meet or exceed the lining manufacturers recommendations. When the manufacturers minimum recommendations exceed the specified requirements, Contractor shall comply with the Manufacturers minimum recommendations.
