Reference Number 0000294347 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/03 12:00:00 PM CDT The supply and application of dust control chemical at various locations in throughout the Western Region. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion Dates and Liquidated Damages Sub Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Home Sites and Stabilization Roads Identified in the Sub Completion Chart Found on Page 4 of the Special Provisions in This Tender Shall Be Completed on or Before July 11, 2025. Notwithstanding the Specification for Liquidated Damages, Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars Per Kilometres Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed Until July 25, 2025 at Which Time the Department Reserves the Right to Terminate the Contract. Completion All Work Necessary for Completion of General Maintenance as Identified in the Special Provision Shall Be Free of Liquidated Damages on or Before September 5, 2025. Notwithstanding the Specification for Liquidated Damages, Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Date Will Be Charged at the Rate of Twenty Five ($25.00) Dollars Per Kilometer Per Calendar Day on the Balance of Roads Which Have Not Been Treated With Dust Control Chemical at the Regional Application Rate.
