The purpose of these specifications is to describe street materials with the features that are considered desirable for the use intended by the City of Mount Pleasant while allowing for competitive bids from suppliers. Quantities All quantities shown are approximate and the City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities as needed. Payment: The work performed, and the materials furnished as prescribed by this item and measured as provided under "Measurement" will be paid for at the unit price bid for "Asphalt Surface Milling" which price shall be full compensation for furnishing all required materials; for all royalty and freight involved; for all mixing and hauling of the material as specified.
