Reference number: 20073086 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document This notice of call for interest does not constitute a competitive call for tenders, but rather a market study aimed at determining whether various suppliers could meet the needs of the Universite du Quebec a Trois-Rivieres (hereinafter referred to as "UQTR"). Any supplier who believes it can meet the requirements described in this notice of call for interest is invited to provide the required documents. It is important to note that UQTR makes no commitment to respond to this request for information. The infrastructure and asset management department of the public body (UQTR) is to carry out preventive maintenance on the centralized control systems on the Trois-Rivieres and Drummondville campuses. UQTR would like the documentation sent to be subdivided as follows: - Company introduction and contact details (name, email address and telephone number) - Technical information on the equipment - Description of standard warranty - Description of maintenance contracts offered - Delivery and installation times following the issue of a purchase order All the information required in this application must be returned to us no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2025, by e-mail to Mathieu Bouliane at mathieu.bouliane@uqtr.ca or via the SEAO.
