Work Includes the Construction of Approximately: 1 Ls Bypass Pumping 2,405 Lf Televise Sewer 2,405 Lf 24" Cipp Lining Together With Numerous Related Items of Work, All in Accordance With Plans and Specifications. A Bid Shall Be Submitted Online No Later Than the Date and Time Prescribed. The City Will Only Be Accepting Online Electronic Bids Through online. To Access the Electronic Bid Form, Download the Project Documents and Click the Online Bidding Button at the Top of the Advertisement. Prospective Bidders Must Be on the Plan Holders List Through online for Bids to Be Accepted. Bid Security in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Amount of the Bid Must Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner Reserves the Right to Retain the Deposits of the 3 Lowest Bidders for a Period Not to Exceed 60 Days After the Date and Time Set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days After the Date and Time Set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Irregularities and Informalities Therein, and Further Reserves the Right to Award the Contract to the Best Interests of the Owner. Question Deadline 06/01/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
