This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for road, sewer and watermain construction on Freeborn Avenue from Brock Street to Rawdon Street, including the dead end, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). Estimated Quantities: 365m - 250mm Dia. Sanitary Sewer 296m - 300mm to 900mm Dia. Storm Sewer 340m - 150mm Dia. Watermain 375m - Road Reconstruction Anticipated construction start date is Monday, July 7, 2025 with eighty (80) working days for completion. Note: Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate (ISO 45001 or COR(R) Certification) Required. Question Deadline: Thu Jun 5, 2025 3:00 PM (EDT) Deadline for Questions HARD COPY QUOTATION SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Questions or additional information requested from the RFQ Contact must be submitted in accordance with section 3.2.1. Addendum will typically be issued through the Bidding System, forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Submission Deadline.
