Albion Economic Development Corporation is requesting bids from qualified contractors for gutter replacement, chimney flashing, gable end vent replacement, siding repair/replacement, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, water heater replacement, window and door replacement, foundation repair, and handrail repair. This project is funded by the MSHDA - CDBG - CHILL , and all work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Including but not limited to construction guidelines, lead requirements, licensure and insurance, and procurement guidelines. The standards within this document are a guide for decision-making about what specifications should be applied in various situations to produce safe, decent, durable, and high performing homes. NDD Residential Housing Rehabilitation Standards do not replace any local codes and ordinances. NDD Residential Housing Rehabilitation Standards are designed to give clear directions to contractors in work write-ups that are incorporated in rehabilitation contracts.
