Fort Payne Fire Alarm Modernization, Fort Payne, AL Certified checks or bid bonds (Power of Attorney is required) payable to The Armory Commission of Alabama in an amount not less than five (5) per cent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00 per project, must accompany the bidder proposal. Completed Disclosure Statements are preferred to accompany the proposal. Performance and Payment bonds will be required at the signing of the contract. Questions should be addressed, in writing, to Anne Nieman at PWBA Architects, Inc., anieman@pwba-architects.com no later than 2:00 p.m., CT, Friday, June 20, 2025. All entities must be registered to do business in the State of Alabama. All bidders bidding in amounts exceeding $100,000.00 must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Project consists of work as described in the drawings and specifications entitled: FORT PAYNE READINESS CENTER - FIRE ALARM MODERNIZATION - AC-25-B-0011-S, Fort Payne, Alabamaprepared by PWBA Architects, Inc., dated May 16, 2025. B. The types of work specified in this section include the following: 1. Furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, staging areas, hoisting, qualified personnel, and proper supervision for the work described in the drawings and specifications. 2. Protection of the buildings, grounds, building personnel and visitors. C. Work to be performed under a single prime contract
