The City of Branson, Missouri Fire Department is soliciting bids to perform work and services to upgrade the Station Alerting Systems at Stations 1 & 2 Pre-Bid Conference: No Pre-Bid Conference Available The City reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary to make the determination of the bidder's responsiveness and responsibility. Such information may include but shall not be limited to current financial statements, verification of availability of equipment and personnel, and past performance records. Any inquiries or suggestions, concerning interpretation, clarification, or additional information pertaining to the Request for Bid shall be made through the Purchasing Department in writing or through email to Matthew Spangler at mspangler@bransonmo.gov . Removal of existing station alert receiver and amplifier . Installation of new station alert receiver, amplifier. Installation of new speakers at two locations at Fire Station 1 Equipment will be updated or replaced at its existing locations of: Fire Station 1, 110 Crosby St, Branson, MO 65616 and Fire Station 2, 251 Branson Meadows Dr, Branson, MO 65616. The replacement equipment shall work seamlessly with other radio equipment already in use by the Fire Department. . Bidder shall explain how the upgrade or replacement will be performed and materials used for optimum damage and abuse. . Bidder shall be responsible for assisting the City of Branson in the proper modifications in licensing required. Bidder shall provide a quotation for equipment and labor to perform the update or replace of the existing equipment and include a trade-in amount for existing components where applicable.
