The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from qualified vendors to purchase or construct an outdoor equipment storage building to protect CNHS equipment. There will be 1 building at the Cooweescoowee Health Center in Ochelata OK. Site prep and concrete slab will be included in this bid. Interested parties are to provide a bid to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies and supervision to complete the entire project. Interested bidders must follow all directions outlined in this bid packet including the utilization of mandatory bid response sheet to be considered fully responsive. The building is to be at least 30 x 50 with 12' sidewalls. The building can be post framed or metal manufactured structure. The wind and snow load ratings will meet or exceed regional requirements. The building will have at least 2 overhead doors 10' tall and 9' wide clear and one-man door. The Contractor will be responsible for site prep and a 5" thick wire mesh reinforced concrete slab with a 20' apron/entry approach on the front of the building as shown in the photos. Building colors to be selected after the award. The Contractor will be responsible for all layout and local utility locates. The Contractor will be responsible for confirming quantities of materials and hardware all provided information is estimated only. The Contractor will be responsible for all site safety requirements.
