Whippoorwill Road Widening Drainage Improvements - Hanover Township. Invitation, preparation, submittal, bidding requirements, all materials furnished and all work shall conform to the current specifications of PennDOT Form 408, current edition and appropriate bulletins. Contractor must be PennDOT pre-qualified in work classification codes C1, E, F, F3, H & K. Any questions regarding the project must be sent via email to beaverfalls@widmerengineering.com. Question Deadline 06/03/2025 Requests for clarification must be submitted by email only to tsadaka@widmerengineering.com. The responses shall be publicly displayed on the Widmer Engineering Inc. website. All requests for clarification must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the anticipated date of receipt of Bids. The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform this contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Township. QA - Yes, testing will be required, and proof of the results is required to be submitted to allow for payment approval. This includes submitting slips for subbase and bituminous pavement quantities.
