Town of Dresden, NY Lawn Maintenance - Clemons Cemetery The Town Board of the Town of Dresden is reposting its request for sealed bids for the 2025 mowing season for lawn maintenance of the Clemons Cemetery on Clemons Center Road. The cemetery is approximately 2 acres in size. The original bid deadline of April 28, 2025, passed without awarding a contract. The Town is reissuing this request with clarified bid expectations. Bidders must submit Per-mow rate and estimated total cost for the season Hourly labor and equipment rate for additional services Equipment list Proof of general liability insurance naming the Town of Dresden as an additional insured Statement of relevant qualifications and experience and or references Questions may be directed to Council Members Allen Wilbur or Marc Brown. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best Bids will be opened publicly at the Town Board meeting on June 9 at 7 00 PM at Dresden Town Hall.
