Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Uxbridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,200-square-foot recreation facility; and 27,600-square-foot, one-story above grade swimming pool.
Design-Builder Prequalification for the Design and Construction of stand-alone pre-engineered Aquatic/Pickle Ball facility utilizing a Sprung Structure and a modular Myrtha Pool aquatic swimming Pools. The proposed new facility will feature an eight-lane, 25-meter pool, a therapy pool, pool change rooms, a meeting room, a lobby area, offices, and a multi-sport / pickle ball court. The pool area will span approximately 120' x 230' (27,600 sq. ft.), while the gym area will cover 120' x 60' (7,200 sq. ft.), bringing the total building size to 34,800 sq. ft. The project includes landscaping, parking, and demolition of the old facility. The estimated value for this project is approximately $15 million, excluding HST.
