Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Kamloops, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade, 54-unit multi-residential development.
Construction of a multi-storey, purpose-built affordable housing project that will be owned by PRHC and operated by a non-profit. The proposed wood frame building will be up to 4 storeys and comprise of up to 54 supportive housing units (100% studio). TIMELINE: Request for Proposals inviting proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables for the project has closed. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the "Contract") with an experienced, qualified supplier (the "Supplier") to provide Prime Consultant Architectural Services. Further update in fall 2025, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
