To provide plumbing services, including but not limited to, maintenance and repair, new, replacement and emergency services, in accordance with all terms as stated in price agreement no. 2296. Contractor operations inclusive of its office and warehouse (stocked with material, tools and equipment) shall be located within 25 miles of the Burbank city limits. Additions, changes and/or exceptions to the city of Burbank general conditions will disqualify the bidder and deem them non-responsive.
