Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00%. Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 06/11/2025 4:00 PM (PDT). To provide plumbing services, including but not limited to, maintenance and repair, new, replacement and emergency services, in accordance with all terms as stated in price agreement no. 2296. Contractor operations inclusive of its office and warehouse (stocked with material, tools and equipment) shall be located within 25 miles of the Burbank city limits.
