This will be a Lump Sum contract. The independent estimate for this project is: $2,304,765.00. Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) GOAL: 28% Construction Services. Total Contract Duration 300 calendar days (Substantial Completion of 240 days with an additional 60 consecutive calendar days for Final Completion). . To enhance the opportunity for a successful RFB submission, the Airport highly encourages a representative from your company that will complete bidding documents including MWBE forms and submittals for the bid, proposal or statement of qualifications to attend all pre-bid, pre-proposal or pre-qualification statement meetings. . The cone of silence will be imposed on all Competitive Selection Processes beginning with advertisement for the same and ending with the Board's selection for RFQs, RFPs or the Board's award for a RFB. This includes re-lining the interior and constructing a new gasketed and bolted down cap. Constructing access roads to each junction box. Minor brush clearing around both boxes. Remove existing debris from collapsed bridge and construct a new low-water crossing within the south access road.
