Description: Demolition of Existing Field House Performance Period: 365 Continuous Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page CC-3 and Appendix B A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form. (Appendix A).
