Install replacement interior finishes in office areas damaged by previous roof leaks. Damaged gypsum board and suspended acoustic tile ceilings, gypsum board partition walls, and carpet tiles have been removed and the roof system has been replaced. TIMELINE: RFQ for design services has been awarded. Preliminary budget estimates are less than $250,000. Project may be followed once approved to bid.
