No definite date for the rebid.** North Collier Regional Park Sign Replacement Phase II The Collier County Parks and Recreation Division (hereinafter, the "Division") has issued this informal competition Quick Quote (hereinafter, "QQ") with the intent of obtaining quotes from interested vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated or attached. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. Phase 1 of the sign replacements at North Collier Regional Park has been completed. Question Submission Deadline:June 5, 2025, 5:00pm - Online portal Response Submission Deadline:June 11, 2025, 5:00pm Collier County Parks and Recreation is seeking to replace multiple signs at North Collier Regional Park (NCRP). NCRP is located at 15000 Livingston Road, Naples, FL 34109. Pricing shall be all inclusive and include any additional costs needed to complete the project. A proof of sign shall be submitted to the Parks and Recreation Division for approval. This scope of work outlines the tasks and requirements for this project, including installation, removal, disposal, and other fees if necessary. Pre-Project Tasks: o Conduct a site assessment to evaluate the condition of the existing sign and the area for the new sign and posts placement. o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Removal and Disposal: o Safely remove the existing signs from the designated location. o Properly dispose of the old sign in accordance with local environmental regulations. Sign Fabrication: o Fabricate the new welcome sign using high-quality materials that are durable and resistant to weather conditions. o Ensure that the design aligns with the Park's branding and aesthetics. Sign Material: o Material shall consist of aluminum with a powder coat and UV built-in and printed vinyl. Delivery o Delivery location shall be at the North Collier Regional Park located at the following address: 15000 Livingston Road Naples, Florida 34109 Installation: o Prepare the site for installing the new sign, including any necessary structural work. o Install the new signs securely and in accordance with the approved design and specifications. o Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and anchoring to withstand potential weather events. Project Completion o Ensure that all work is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. o Provide Parks and Recreation with all documentation, warranties, and maintenance instructions for the new signs. Permitting: o A sign permit will be needed and shall be included in the prices provided. Project Management: o Appoint a project manager to oversee all aspects of the sign replacement project. o Maintain open communication with the Parks staff and relevant authorities throughout the project. Quality Assurance: o Conduct inspections to ensure the sign meets the Park's quality and safety standards. o Make any necessary adjustments or improvements to address any deficiencies. Cleanup and Site Restoration: o Remove any debris or construction materials from the site upon project completion. o Restore the site to its original condition or as approved by Parks. Budget and Payment: o Provide an all-inclusive lump sum price. Paint: o The top, bottom, and base of each sign shall be sanded and painted to match current color and newly replaced signes as close as possible. Sign Colors: o Current colors are from ASAP Color number 19187 (light blue), 19190 (blue), 190030 (blue), and 6584-2 porter paints soft grape (mauve).
