The Project generally consists of the following major work items: All water installations for the project, including the 36-inch ductile iron transmission main, isolation valves, blow off valves, connection to existing distribution, and surface restoration. Bid Date Notes / The bid opening will be via Facebook Live on the City's Facebook page: Billings MT City Government. Est. Completion Date: April 15, 2026 Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: All water installations for the project, including the 36-inch ductile iron transmission main, isolation valves, blowoff valves, CARV, connection to existing distribution, and surface restoration.
