Construction of a multi-story Basic Military Training Dining and Classroom Facility utilizing a Design-Bid-Build delivery method, featuring a drilled pier foundation, concrete floor slabs, structural steel framing, masonry walls, and a standing seam metal roof system, along with an elevator. The facility will integrate a kitchen, dining areas, and multiple classrooms to support residents of two Airmen Training Complexes. The project includes all associated site improvements such as utilities, pavements, and communications systems to ensure a complete and fully operational facility. Environmental remediation and site preparation will be performed as required, including asbestos removal and additional measures to mitigate potential hazards.
