Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Welland, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Work is to include the renovation of an existing Secondary School, including but not limited to HVAC upgrades, lighting/power/fire alarm/life safety upgrades, elevator modernization, exterior door replacements, structural upgrades, abatement and architectural finishes. Theatre/auditorium renovations include architectural finishes, roofing upgrades (removal of existing siporex roofing system with new metal deck/insulation roofing system) and "Type 3" abatement. Refer to drawings and specifications for full scope of work; all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors.
