The scope of work requires the supply of construction labour and materials for the replacement of the watermain at the existing LCBO London RSC located in London, Ontario, as per the enclosed drawings and specifications. Estimated Project start date: July 28, 2025. Estimated Project end date: October 30, 2025. Questions Deadline: June 11, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Responses to questions received via email will be published formally through addenda format. Site visit description: Bidders must be registered and be present for the entire meeting from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned and must sign-in. The site/information meeting is for bidders to familiarize themselves with the site and ascertain the full extent of the work required for this ITT. The LCBO is requesting bidders to provide a written list of questions to the ITT Contact, that they wish the LCBO to address upon conclusion of the site visit. Verbal responses to questions provided by the LCBO during site visits are neither official nor binding. Responses to questions received via email will be published formally through addenda format. Representatives from LCBO Procurement Services, Store Development departments and architectural consultant for this Project may be in attendance. Site Meeting Safety Requirements - Bidders who attend the site meeting must wear the following personal protective equipment. If bidders attend not wearing their safety equipment, the LCBO may request that they leave the meeting: o Safety Shoes o High Visibility Vests COVID - 19 Health and Safety Measures The parties acknowledge that, in March 2020, the World Health Organization declared a global pandemic of the virus leading to COVID-19. The Governments of Canada and the Province of Ontario responded to the pandemic with legislative amendments, controls, orders, requests of the public, and requests and requirements of the parties to change their activities in various ways (collectively, the "Governmental Response"). It is uncertain how long the pandemic, and the related Governmental Response, will continue, and it is unknown whether there may be a resurgence of the virus leading to COVID-19 or any mutation thereof (collectively, the "Virus") and any resulting or supplementary renewed Governmental Response. The Supplier shall be required to comply with any Governmental Response and any corresponding LCBO requirements and policies related to the Virus. For greater clarity, if attending and/or performing work at an LCBO site, the Supplier and its employees, agents and subcontractors, including anyone attending an LCBO site on behalf of the Supplier must comply with all applicable LCBO requirements, follow public health guidelines and act in accordance with Governmental Response. During the Term, each party shall keep the other party reasonably informed of any events which: (i) relate to the notifying party and the COVID-19 pandemic; (ii) are not existing or reasonably foreseeable at the date of the Agreement; and (iii) will materially and adversely affect the notifying party's ability to perform its obligations under the Agreement. Each party will implement mitigation measures to enable the Services to be performed so far as reasonably practicable in the circumstances.
