Total Project Budget Projections: Elementary School Additions and Renovations - $3,500,000 Junior High & High School Additions and Renovations - $28,500,000 Blooming Grove ISD invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for Construction Manager-at- Risk services for the Blooming Grove ISD 2025 Bond Projects for Additions and Renovations at the Elementary School Campus and the Junior High & High School Campus. Elementary School project will consist of office additions, site paving, fencing, playground surfacing, and drainage. Junior High and High School projects will consist of classroom additions, CTE additions and renovations, food service additions and renovations, restroom renovations, fine arts additions, and locker room additions and renovations.
