Building and Final 100% CD Bid- A new construction project consisting of the addition of a Classroom Building and Food Service Building while preserving the existing Gymnasium and Larragoite Building. The New Classroom Building will house 9 general education classrooms, 2 science classrooms, 2 art classrooms, makers space, media center and administration area. The new Food Service Building will serve as the performing arts hub, along with the dining area and warming kitchen it will house the orchestra classroom, drama classroom, and a performance platform in the dining area. Both Buildings will be metal stud framed with a stucco finish adorned with a variety of metal paneling. The Food Service building will be placed on the north side of the arroyo. The Classroom building will be placed on the southside of the arroyo with an open air breezeway connecting them. Last day for questions is 5/30/25 at 5:00pm MDT.
