The Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) is seeking qualified contractor to provide all labour, materials, equipment, and services required to complete HVAC and domestic hot water system upgrades at the Priory Long Term Care Facility – Heritage Woods, located at 567 Goldstream Avenue, Langford, BC. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Removal and replacement of two existing gas-fired hot water heaters and hot water tank with new air-source heat pump hot water tanks Installation of a backup on-demand hot water heater to support domestic hot water supply Phased upgrades to the domestic hot water (DHW) systems to maintain operations and minimize disruption to facility services Installation of a new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump coil and condensing unit system, including all associated piping, controls, and mounting supports Electrical and building automation system (BAS) integration, including upgrades to support new mechanical equipment Related mechanical modifications, including piping, valves, insulation, and structural supports where required Commissioning and testing of all systems, including integration into the existing facility infrastructure Documents can be obtained from https://islandhealthfdc.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline: Tue Jun 17, 2025 2:00:00 PM (PDT)
