The new CBP facility is approximately 5,000 sq. ft., and is being designed per US CBP officials and the US CBP General Aviation Facility (GAF) 2018 Design Manual. It contains all the usual preprocessing, processing, and post processing spaces as well as office space for CBP personnel, agricultural laboratory and holding facilities as directed by CBP guidelines as directed by the CBP appointed to the project.
