This Project from the Ascension Parish Maintenance Department is soliciting bids for Slate Roof replacement as per the listed scope of work in the unit price bid forms. The scope of this work is for the bidders to provide the Parish with a detailed unit price cost format which will be used in the project execution process. Statement of Work This project will consist of the removal of existing slate roof and installation of reused slate where possible, new slate for the remainder of the roof and cleanup. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each bid and shall be made payable to the owner. All questions regarding this project and the bid package shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via purchasing@apgov.us by 4:00 PM on June 5, 2025. Responses will be coordinated with the project manager and posted on the ONLINE by 4:00 pm on June 10, 2025. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
