The Probable Value of Construction is $650,000.00 Question Deadline 06/04/2025 The Architect shall receive inquiries on their plans and specifications up to eight (8) days prior to the bid due date All inquiries concerning this bid may be directed to Thomas A. Madej, AIA, Team 8e Architecture, by email only at tmadej@team8e.com. The Work consists of the following Base Bid Items. Replace existing storm inlets and piping, remove existing concrete-curbed islands and infill with new aggregate base & asphalt surfacing, install new french drain, mill existing asphalt surface and place new asphalt intermediate and surface (wearing) course, and paint/stripe all spaces/numbers, ADA symbols, fire lanes & crosswalks, etc. to match existing conditions (excluding student-enhanced graphics). Aerial photos will be provided by the Architect to indicate the existing conditions of the striping/numbering and other painted graphics.
