Design Build (D-B) services to provide civil/structural-engineering design and construction to repair the sewage line of building 1330, at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), ID. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall provide all investigative, design, and construction services required to restore with new SS in accordance with the IPC, and the ACI. No Government furnished equipment will be provided. 1. Site survey and investigations. The as built documents are for reference only. On site determination and field verification is the responsibility of the Designer of Record (DOR) and contract holder. a. Conduct an on-site investigation to verify the location and existing conditions of the service line for the floor drain in the storage room. b. Conduct all necessary core samples, investigations, pipe camera, and tests to verify existing conditions of the entire project and document the findings on the 60% Design submittal. c. Contact CE for dig permits and utilities location a minimum of three weeks prior to destructive testing and investigations. Demolish all SS system from the 24" SS Main to the clean out (CO) located within the women's restroom and the floor drain located in the storage room. a. Control all airborne debris to protect all personnel and property. b. Access to remove and replace with new SS system. i. Approximately 107' SS from CO at the 24" SS Main to the CO located within the women's restroom. ii. Approximately 30' of SS lateral from the sheet metal storage room 103 to the 107" SS as described above. c. The SS line, for the emergency shower will be capped and abandoned in place. d. Remove the emergency shower in room 105, cut and cap plumbing to conceal in new floor and wall finishes. 4. Construct new SS system from 24" SS main to the CO located within the women's restroom and the lateral and floor drain located in the sheet metal storage room 103. 5. Repair asphalt outside the facility to meet or exceed existing. 6. Repair 6" th, concrete slab in accordance with the ACI. a. The existing conditions are keyed joints traversing the path of the SS system. 7. Repair with new floor finishes for entire floor of emergency shower room 105. 8. Repair and repaint from corner to corner, all disturbed walls in emergency shower room 105. 9. Finish the concrete floor with CRU coating used in the project ending Dec. 2022 or equal. 10. Upon completion of the project, provide AutoCAD (2018 or newer) as built drawings with all digital linework and annotations to document all as built conditions.
