The total property is 20.092 acres. This property will house the Readiness Center building, a detached General Purpose Training Bay (GPTB) building, a detached unheated Storage building (part of the GPTB), a detached controlled waste storage\flammable waste storage building, wash rack, solar array yard, privately owned vehicle (POV) parking, military equipment parking (MEP) for 162 military vehicles and/or Trailers, and other amenities as required for a functional Readiness Center. The facility will house 34 permanent occupants and 227 reserve occupants for a total of 261 soldiers. The hours of operation will consist of administration for 5 days per week with 2 day training assembly 2-3 times per month. The Threat Assessment is defined as Low. Site scope to support the Readiness Center shall include, but shall not be limited to, paving, grading, landscaping, fencing, gates, utilities, a retention pond, storm drainage, and other miscellaneous site features as required.
