Renovation of a residential development in Rowley, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This project involves exterior improvements to the existing 2-story woodframed residential buildings located at 1-2, 5-6, 9-10, and 11-12 Depot Way. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Removing and replacing existing siding; Removing and replacing all damaged sheathing; Removing and replacing exterior trim work; Removing and replacing gutters and downspouts; Removing and replacing window trim and sealant. Question Deadline 06/06/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. All Bids shall be submitted online at biddocs. com and received no later than the date and time specified. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the relevant category of work and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) payable to the ROWLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY. General bidders must contract with minority and women business enterprises (13% combined participation benchmark). Workforce Participation benchmarks are 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities per MGL c.149 44A(2)(G).
