If the work to be done is not sufficiently detailed or explained in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall submit in writing a request to the Engineer for further explanations. Questions related to the Work shall be addressed to the Engineer for the Engineer's decision pursuant to 2-10, AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD AND THE ENGINEER." Any Request for Clarification must be sent through PlanetBids no later than five (5) working days prior to the time of the bid opening. The Bidder shall be responsible for the prompt delivery of the request. The Agency may or may not respond to Bidder's requests for clarifications.
